Terms & Conditions – By booking Baffles Field you are agreeing to the terms and conditions shown on this page.

• CCTV covers both fields and the car park. It is used for safety and to monitor rules are adhered to.

• All dog poop, litter or discarded toys must be put in the bin provided or taken home please. We strictly enforce this rule and anybody failing to do this once will be put on a warning list and twice will be barred from the field. Customers can report any uncollected dog poo as there is CCTV covering the fields allowing us to spot who left it. 

• Changes to a booking can be made up to 12 hours before your slot via the email link received. After this time it is not possible to make changes or alterations. A confirmation email will be sent to all bookings made. Please check spam/junk folders if you do not receive it. The Combination Lock Code for entry at Baffles@Burley will be sent to the email used when booking 1 hour before your slot. Call Jo if you cannot find it. 07980 301808.

• Parking -  Baffles field, please park in the car park signposted. Do not drive on the grass verges ot park by the field please. 

• Parking - Baffles@Burley, ONE customer at a time in the car park please. The 10-minute change-over is to allow customers to leave and arrive without a rush. Customers can park in the layby outside the entrance until the previous customer has left.

• Payment is collected through Stripe, PayPal or with a Debit/Credit card when you book. If payment is not taken then no booking will be saved. • No responsibility will be taken by the land owner or business owner for damage or injury sustained to property, individuals, vehicles or animals whilst using the field or on the property. Vehicles are left at their owner's risk. 

• Any breakages or damage to the field will be paid for by the dog owner within 7 days of the invoice being sent.

• Children are welcome on the field but must be supervised by an adult at all times.

• All dogs using Baffles dog fields must be fully inoculated

• If the customer arrives late, their booking cannot be extended. If a previous customer remains in the field or has not returned to their vehicle during their slot time, please text or call Jo  07980301808

• The person making the booking must ensure that anyone else attending is made aware of and adheres to the Terms and Conditions.

• Those using the field must book a slot allowing adequate time for their required visit including loading and unloading dogs within their time slot. The slot is not just for time spent in the field. 

• Users must inspect the field prior to use to ensure that it is suitable for their dog(s), fence height, proximity to farm animals, ground conditions and contents etc.

• When not inside the fields all dogs must be kept on lead. It is a working farm with horses nearby and cattle in surrounding fields

• Please keep dogs in your vehicle until the previous users have loaded their dogs back in their vehicles or your slot has started. 

• Dog trainers and professional dog walkers are allowed by prior arrangement. No subletting of the field is allowed. Anyone hiring it on a professional basis can do so with permission.

• We retain contact details for Baffles use only. The information is not passed on for any other purpose or shared to other parties.

We inspect the field and fencing daily to maintain security but please notify a member of the Team if you have any concerns. CCTV is in operation.

During winter the field may be muddy and waterproof boots are advised.
