What are your opening hours?

Times will alter depending on daylight hours 
In Summer both fields are open whilst it is light. 
June and July can be 7am to 9pm reduced to 8am to 4pm in mid December.
See the booking form for all available slots. If you require times outside of those available please ring Jo 07980301808 who will try to assist.

I didn’t get a confirmation email?

If you have not received your  confirmation email, check in your spam/junk folder and if it’s not there  give us a ring – 07980 301808

How do I book an hour slot?

Can I book multiple dates and times?

Yes, multiple bookings can be made with a single final payment when you reach the checkout.

How do I book a longer slot than offered/More dogs etc?

Please call Jo 07980 301808 who can accommodate your  personal requirements for longer bookings or particular requirements. We  can save slots outside these times where possible.

How do I pay?

Payment is by Debit/Credit card/Stripe or Paypal taken at the time of booking.
Paying by debit card may open the PayPal page but don’t panic, you do not need to open a PayPal account. It should take you to the guest checkout.

Question 7

I run a dog walking business and want to exercise my customers dogs in the field. Is that allowed?

Yes, just include in the notes when you book that it  is the visit is for your business or if you wish to make it a weekly  booking call jo to discuss options. If you have more than 7 dogs just  give Jo a ring on 07980 301808  for a rate and she can arrange a booking  for you. NO SUB LETTING IS ALLOWED ON THE FIELD.

How much car parking provided at Baffles and Baffles@Burley?

Baffles: There  is allocated parking for two vehicles in Baffles car park area just  along the driveway from the entrance. It is clearly signposted. 
Anyone wishing to bring along more than two vehicles must contact Jo on 07980 301808 to arrange space is made for more.
Baffles@Burley: The car park is part of the field. It takes two or three vehicles for one booking slot comfortably.
More vehicles can  be left in the layby outside the entrance to the field as required. As  there is a 10 minute changeover between bookings, only customers from  one time slot should be using the car park at any one time. If you  arrive early for your slot then please wait outside on the lane.  
NOTE -  The  lane is a footpath and cycleway so please drive slowly and look out for  both when leaving.   DO NOT BLOCK THE LANE AS FARM TRAFFIC USE IT.
All vehicles are left on each property entirely at the owners risk.

How do I check what date/time I have booked?

You will always receive a payment confirmation email  following your booking, you should receive a Baffles booking slot email  with the date and time on also but occasionally this may not come  through. Always check your slot has been marked on the booking form as  taken after you have completed the booking.

I can’t find the time I want?

If the time you want is crossed out, it has been booked by someone else.

Question 12

How do I unlock the Combination Lock at Baffles@Burley? Where do I find the code?

Accepted Answer

The code is sent to the email you provided at booking 24 hours before your time slot starts.
Please check your junk/spam folders.  If you still cannot find it you can email Jo on info@jofosterracing.co.uk or call her.
At the entry gate you turn the numbers to place the correct code along the red line of the combination lock. 
When each one is straight you should be able to pull the right side of the lock which will release.
Please lock it once you come out of the field and alter the numbers again. Do not leave it open. Thank you
